Second Tier/General Advice
The Department also provides free advice to other lawyers, organisations and individuals who are assisting or supporting refugee and migrant women (who have experienced gender based violence) and refugee and migrant children and young people across Scotland.
If you wish the Department to provide advice on this basis, please make a referral by:-
- Completing the below referral form and returning it by e-mail, fax or post (contact details are noted on the form)
- Call our general office number, 0141 353 3354, and ask to speak to Iona Stewart who will complete the below referral form on the telephone.

After the referral has been received, a member of staff will contact you or your organisation as soon as possible.
