OBJECTIVES One of the most researched and talked about topics in terms of business, organisations and academics.  It is still something that many of us do not really understand.  We all recognise the great leaders through history and in our time.  But the key question - is it a natural talent or can it be learned? - is still one of life's big debates.

The workshop will explore the concept of leadership and expel the myths around it.  Inspiration is the source of true leadership and this concept will be examined.  The workshop will work to assist each individual delegate explore their inspiration and leadership qualities.  Topics covered will be:

PARTICIPANTS The workshop is for individuals who have to influence people to follow a vision (personal and/or business).  Delegates will need to be willing to look at their own behaviours and be prepared to go back and test out some of the ideas.

SPEAKER The speaker is Debbie Knights, Esteem who has a wealth of experience in facilitating workshops, as well as advising many other companies in making their businesses more successful.  This experience allows Debbie to quickly and accurately 'tune in' to the needs of all delegates.
