OBJECTIVES This seminar considers the system of reviewing public law decisions by way of court action between Scotland and England, and considers some of the difficulties of pursuing judicial review in Scotland. This is a unique opportunity for Scots practitioners or campaigners to discuss innovative ideas for Judicial Review and learn about how they do things in England.
