OBJECTIVES Delegation is one of the most necessary tools for a Manager to be successful.  It is the key to good management, communication and work/life balance.  Many of us really struggle to do it effectively.  We judge others and impose our ways of working on them.  We do not communiate effectively and then wonder why we fail?  This then leads to blame and a negative culture in our organisations.  We all have different needs and requirements in terms of delegation.  We need to understand the key steps to success.

The workshop will look at delegation in terms of what works and what does not.  The 4 stages of delegation will be analysed in terms of your own teams.  Hints and tips for success will be shared.  Delegates will leave with an Action Plan that will ensure they set themselves up for success.  Topics covered will be:
