OBJECTIVES Ask anyone in business what their greatest challenge is and they will reply "time".  They never have enough of it, they have lots of time thieves who steal it from them, they never get to the bottom of the pile or list.  All common complaints.  Time management is a lifelong challenge to all of us.  It is always worth spending some time looking at it and for ways that you could improve.  Small steps are better than big ones!!

The workshop will share a series of practical tools and techniques from which you can pick and choose what would work for you.  Time will be spent understanding how the brian works and how we can make best use of it.  It is mans most under utilised resouce!  The work life balance struggle will not stop here but perhaps some small steps will be taken by the delegates to work further towards it.  Topics covered will be:

PARTICIPANTS The workshop is for people who are getting frustrated at not being able to be in control of their days.  Delegates will need to be willing to try out some of the tools and techniques.

SPEAKER The speaker is Debbie Knights, Esteem who has a wealth of experience in facilitating workshops, as well as advising many other companies in making their businesses more successful.  This experience allows Debbie to quickly and accurately 'tune in' to the needs of all delegates.
