OBJECTIVES When we meet with potential or existing clients, suppliers or stakeholders this is our opportunity to creating a confident impression. If you are going to influence people they need to believe in you as well - "people buy people". The process is actually dependent totally on how we present ourselves, our products and the opportunity. We do not realise how important our communication style is.
The workshop will take delegates on a journey through the world of effective communication and presentation. We will look at how to create a confident impression with people.
Building rapport with people, knowing how to influence them and dealing with difficult questions will be the key areas for analysis. The workshop will provide practical advice and assistance that the delegates can take back to their workplace. Topics covered will be:

PARTICIPANTS The workshop is for people who want to ensure that they have the maximum impact when presenting to people both internally and externally. It is useful if they identify a particular presentation that they have done or are about to do to use during and after the workshop.
SPEAKER The speaker is Trudy MacKenzie, Esteem who has a wealth of experience through running her own business for the past 20 years, as well as advising many other companies in making their businesses more successful. This experience allows Trudy to quickly and accurately 'tune in' to the needs of all delegates.
