OBJECTIVES This seminar will look at the provisions of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and how recent regulations under the '74 Act and the Consumer Credit Act 2006 affect both creditors and debtors.
PARTICIPANTS This seminar is aimed at anyone giving advice to both creditors and debtors in relation to consumer credit matters in Scotland. It will be of interest to participants from the statutory, voluntary or private advice sectors.
SPEAKER The speaker is Alan Adams, Alpha Targeted Training. Mr. Adams was involved in trading standards work in a senior capacity for over 25 years. His expertise is in civil consumer law and small claims.
